The University of Gastronomic Sciences is a small University founded in 2004 by the international non-profit association Slow Food in cooperation with the Italian regions of Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna, is a ministerially recognized, private non-profit institution and the internazionalization among the strategic goals (according to the strategic plan 2023/2027). The Erasmus+ project aimed at implementing the individual mobility in our university at all levels: students mobility (Student mobility for traineeships), mobility for teachers (Staff mobility for teaching) and for administrative staff (Staff mobility for training). Notably, for our university, this was the firt year in which the student mobility for traineeships was introduced. Due to the high peculiarities of the didactic plan (high number of study trips per year in each study course and the uniqueness of the teaching plan with the teachings), until now, the introduction of the student mobility for studies was not applicable. Still, the university wanted to implement the internazionalization of the university and it introduced the student mobility for traineeships in the graduate degree to implement that aspe.
