For the School for Advanced Studies in Applied Languages of Pisa Erasmus+ study, traineeship, teaching and staff mobilities under this project are key to providing our institution with an international perspective that inspires our teaching delivery and student experience. Our aim was to enhance internationalisation of activities by encouraging an increasing number of students and staff (teaching and administrative) to take part in mobilities across Programme and Partner Countries. We aimed at enabling students to experience different teaching systems as well as diverse cultures by studying side by side with local students at partner institutions. Regarding staff, our aim was to improve teaching methods and administrative organisation though mobilities at partner institutions that could provide us with best practices to feed back to our own School. Finally, we aimed at broadening our network of Erasmus+ partners by signing institutional agreements with new HEIs as well as partnerships with enterprises abroad for Student Mobility Placements. Overall our aim was to increase and improve what was achieved by our School in the previous 8 Erasmus+ Calls, placing the values underpinning the Erasmus+ project to the heart of our instition.
