Objectives

Concurrently with the commencement of the new cycle 2021-27, the implementation of the project aimed to foster, in a more substantial and informed manner, the access of participants, including those with fewer opportunities, within a framework of expanding international relations and the initiation of digitalization. The Conservatory sought to promote international cooperation as a primary vehicle towards excellence, through new Inter-Institutional Agreements and cooperation agreements with private partners, facilitating greater flexibility in staff mobility and traineeship activities, augmented by the support of the Sicily FSE project. In this perspective, adherence to the SuedNord Consortium was undertaken, wherein the Conservatory will coordinate a Blended Intensive Programme, while also rejoining the reconstituted Working With Music+. The internationalization strategy has now extended to Sub-Saharan Africa and the Southern Mediterranean through an International Credit Mobility project, stemming from the Study in Sicily project, which complements the three existing international cooperation projects-Musense, Inclumusic, Vietmus-through which the Scarlatti Conservatory has expanded and strengthened its international reputation.
