The University of Padova collaborates with 598 HEIs in Programme Countries, through 1947 inter-institutional agreements. The network of partners covers all areas of study and includes also institutions outside Europe. This allows outgoing participants a wide range of opportunities, as well as creating a more diverse student population in Padova and an international environment of study. Since 1989 University of Padova has enhanced its linguistic, cultural and educational framework, improving students’ skills and amplifying work opportunities, as well as offering teachers and staff new opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally.The constant process of perfecting the management of mobility exchanges, the intense fostering of opportunities have brought a general increase in the participation of the academic community, in particular for the staff mobility, in spite of the pandemic situation; 1744 students, 268 trainees, 69 teachers and 38 participants for staff training. One of the priorities is to provide participants with clear and complete information on all the various phases of the mobility, especially through the institutional website, where calls and procedures for outgoing participants are published.
