The objective of the project is to make mobility abroad a fundamental step, common to the majority of students, in the academic course at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole, providing a richer development to the students' education, not only from an artistic and musical perspective but also in terms of humanities, languages, pedagogy, and social relationships. The objectives of the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole are as follows: Increasing the number of mobilities, both for study and internships; Fully utilizing the mobility budget; Consolidating existing relationships with European schools; Improving levels of equity and social inclusion by providing opportunities to those who did not have them before; Career development through the stay abroad and the possibility of obtaining employment through mobility; Cultural growth through methodological comparison; Expanding teaching experience through mobility abroad with the knowledge of new contexts, other teachers, other schools, different teaching methods in a foreign cultural context. Experiences that can create the foundations for new educational paths and opportunities in the academic field.
