Objectives

In the current project, emphasising internationalization gave great results: it prompted adjustments in planned expenses (to accommodate three SMS students instead of one) and reinforced collaboration with our Administrative Council. The intensification of partnership networks is crucial for facilitating mobilities: in-person participation to European meetings was important for Agreements. The SMS mobilities to new partner institutions (Den Haag and Utrecht) also contributed. Szczecin was chosen by a SMS after a masterclass held by an STA incoming teacher. Another STA incoming from Den Haag held a masterclass and collaborated with us on an international project. The outgoing STA reinforced partnerships and the STT towards Valencia led to new agreements. All three mobilities of outcoming staff were of women: the Erasmus coordinator and assistant belong to the Team of the Gender Equality Plan and they are also working to overcome all gender discrimination. The digital transition of the Erasmus Office (EWP project) led to the digitalisation of the management of student mobilities and Inter-Institutional Agreement. New digital teaching practices are emerging in our institution (for blended mobilities and new international projects).
