Internationalization is a key point of the University of Teramo’s strategy for its promotion in an increasingly competitive academic world. To this end, during the implementation phases of the Erasmus+ Project, energy and resources were devoted to consolidate and increase the international dimension for progressively more inclusive quality learning. In line with the Strategic Plan, with what was declared in the EPS and with the commitments undertaken in the ECHE, the implementation of the international strategy continued by offering greater study, internship, teaching/training opportunities for both incoming and outgoing students/staff for the personal growth as well as the promotion/development of what follows: active citizenship, social inclusion, new knowledge, soft skills and responding to the multiple needs of the labour market. The focus was also on strengthening collaboration with partners to improve effectiveness, attractiveness and mutual trust, as well as strengthening links between education, research and businesses in order to promote excellence and innovation. The objectives pursued were the following: improving quality, increasing student/staff mobility, strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones.
