The University of Messina aims to promote scientific research in the fields of knowledge to offer continuous training to students, companies and institutions that believe in knowledge as the foundation of the development of society.The University at the center of the Mediterranean increases visibility and competitiveness by promoting inclusion , innovation and internationalization that are the founding principles for facing the challenges that changes impose.The goals of the 2021 Project aim to strengthen the international position of the University with the restart of participation of the academic staff in the program, promoting multilingualism, inclusiveness and the development of digital skills.The measures adopted for the implementation were:the enhancement of initiatives to strengthen the dissemination of the results and opportunities of the Program, compliance with the Road Map for achieving the digitalization objectives (EWP).The results are in line with expectations, considering that the 2021 Call was affected by the restrictions related to the pandemic.We are aiming for a process of decentralization of the Program management with the support of the Departments to encourage ever-wider participation in mobility activities.
