With the implementation of the project activities, the Consortium contributed to the achievement of the following specific objectives:1. Strengthen a strategic alliance between Higher Education Institutions, Labour Organisations and European companies to enhance mobility activities and their benefits in terms of internalisation, acquired skills consistent with their learning and professional growth objectives; 2. creation of networks between institutions and professionals operating in innovative sectors, relevant for the promotion of innovation and ecological and digital transition in Italy and Europe; 2. Increase the employability of university students and recent graduate students by providing an opportunity for mobility in innovative fields and by strengthening basic, transversal, technical, professional and cutting-edge skills in order to enter the current labour market. 3. Support the personal and professional development of the HEI's staff of the Consortium, giving the opportunity to learn useful skills to participate in funding programs for innovation of research and academic teaching and to strengthen the Internalization strategy of their institution.
