Main institutional aim has been to start the new Erasmus+ Programme in line with what declared in the institutional ECHE. The new Erasmus+ Programme has, in fact, developed a new environment in which universities may move in terms of implementing mobility and internationalization strategies. The institutional ECHE objectives directly related to KA131 Action are the following: - To improve the overall numbers of inbound and outbound mobility; - To improve and continue the process towards the modernization of the online didactical activities and blended mobility; - To improve the quality of students’ services; - To support the development of quality collaboration networks for the enhancement of both education and research opportunities. The effects of the SARS-COV2 pandemic were heavy: raise mobilities to the figures of the pre-COVID era is a process that covers more than one contract period. A huge effort and a detailed dissemination plan was put in place to raise a new awareness in an academic community that experienced mobility still as a threat. The results are satisfying, if we consider that the highest numbers of registered mobilities took place in the first of the two academic years covered by the contract of reference.
