In the first three years of the program 2021-27 IULM University actively committed to the revision of inter-institutional agreements with the objective of increasing the number of both incoming and outgoing participants, also through new short-term mobility projects. Programs like the BIP and the International Week, which entail a greater involvement of the teaching staff in comparison with traditional mobility, activated synergies, collaborations and initiatives destined to be replicated and to last in time, providing undoubted benefits in the development of medium-to-long term internationalization. Furthermore, in the years of 2021- 2023, some technological innovations aimed at achieving greater digitalization of administrative procedures have been introduced. The latter have seen the direct involvement of different offices, such as the student secretariat and the IT department. The implementation of the project fulfills the task of meeting the beneficiaries’ request of being able to choose among diversified international experiences, while also actively contributing to amplify the diffusion of an internationalization-oriented culture among students, teachers and the technical-administrative staff.
