The internationalization of the careers of female and male students represents a strategic objective for the University. The goal is returning to pre-pandemic levels, increasing participation, and improving services. Simplification, streamlining of procedures, and maximization of recognitions are the priorities underlying our commitment. Strengthening existing networks, expanding agreements, and consolidating consortia in which the university participates (such as Commo and UniMed) are key aspects. Internationalization of students' careers and increased internationalization of educational paths are pursued through the design, outlined in the strategic plan, of courses/curricula in English. The application for a European Alliance has been submitted. The skills of technical-administrative staff have been enhanced through participation in staff weeks. The teaching mobility has been increased to promote new agreements and alliances, a long with knowledge sharing. Expansion of internationalization with more incoming students from different areas, and the development of new innovative initiatives in addition to existing services (tutoring, language courses, ethical-recreational initiatives in collaboration with ESN).
