For the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio (UNICAS), the Erasmus+ KA131 project is a key driver in advancing the university’s internationalization process, as witnessed by the project’s visibility within the university community. In this context, the principal goal of the project was to offer UNICAS students the opportunity to engage with different teaching models in diverse cultural contexts, thus contributing to the development of future European citizens. UNICAS aimed to give students the chance to improve linguistic, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills—enhancing their soft skills. The second, no less important, aim of the project was that of promoting staff mobility to create opportunities for professional exchange in international settings.
