Partner Organizations Besides the added value of the Exchange of Practices, the visibility of an European Project helped the more experienced partner organizations to raise awareness among local businesses about the opportunities that people with disability can have within the job market
PlayMore! is a non-profit organization that promotes sport activities for all, with special attention to people with disability. In the past few years, realizing how the sport environment could be ideal for job placement opportunities, we started implementing an internal job placement program on our own. This project helped us confront more experienced international organizations to better structure our job placement program with proper staff, procedures, and a developing stakeholder network.
