- digital skills (necessary not only to be independent users, but also to be trainers capable of transferring simple contents to their learners; specifically, audio, video making, ICT courses were held); - social skills (have participated in lessons of psychological and social methodologies). The main topics dealt with were: needs analysis; the importance of active listening and key elements; body language; public speaking; management of difficult cases and conflicts; establish constructive and genuine relationships with participants.
Our organization has never officially participated in a European project and for this reason the primary objective was to access the program itself. We are facing global challenges that require different perspectives than national ones. Furthermore, we wanted to import new social management techniques and new IT knowledge to be transmitted, then, to the (senior) members of our association. Finally, it was also important to introduce the cultures and practices of other countries to the members of our staff, thus promoting social interaction between the members of the group themselves.
