We are aware of the difficulties that young people looking for a job can encounter, which is why we would like to give them opportunity to share their knowledge in different fields which can be used in the world of work allowing them to expand job opportunities in one's own territory through, for example, the promotion of tourism, and of typical local products, knowledge that could allow to increase the jobs in one's own places of belonging. There are numerous work activities related to the field of dance and music. To this end they will work toghether and create videos through workshops on video making, video editing, create brochure, new dance and musical techniques, expand theatrical knowledge. Participants will acquire, in a non-formal way, knowledge related to the organization of events, creation of posters, creation of brochures, creation of a presentation of their group. The participants will reflect on the new skills to be acquired for a new job market. According to estimates by the World Economic Forum, more than half of workers will have to retrain or improve their skills by 2022. To meet this challenge, we will ask young people to assess their skills and make an effort and be ready to learn for life. We have to train, reform, update ourselves. And with this project we will promote and encourage the prospect of formation, throughout the life span. Objectives of the project are: - improve digital and media skills of young people, today basic skills on the job market, through the creation of videos that promote the tangible and intangible heritage of the territory and enhancing the knowledge concerning social media marketing - develop a culture of lifelong learning - provide young people with opportunities to strengthen their communication and organizational skills, team spirit and spirit of initiative useful for personal and professional development, which are indispensable for integration into work and professions - stimulate the creativity of the participants - spreading a message of tolerance among the different populations, promoting diversity and multiculturalism - create moments of exchange of good practices of the associations involved in the project - Provide knowledge about European initiatives and the Erasmus + and Erasmus program for young entrepreneurs, as well as inform young people about the opportunities for volunteering, training, traineeships or study abroad offered by Europe
