The "Beyond Urban Art" project aimed to introduce young people to the direction of contemporary art. "196 Paesi" and partners organized the'"Beyond Urban Art'" project in Cefalu, Italy. Thanks to our contacts we were able to invite professional artists working in the field of street art. Introducing young people to the field of art has many benefits for their cultural development and learning different techniques is a great opportunity to realize their ideas creatively. The young people's self-realization was not limited by the matic boundaries. Each participant showed their individuality and at the same time learned teamwork to achieve common goals. For example, it was considered very important to focus the attention of today's youth on the issue of environmental pollution. In this context, one of the workshops of the "Beyond Urban Art" project was dedicated to creating art installations directly from waste and garbage. After the exhibition of the created installation, the local community was able to draw attention to the issue in this way, showing that young people from different countries are interested in a safe future for all of us. "Beyond Urban Art" brought together young people from five countries - Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan and Belarus. The main objective of the project was to raise the cultural level of the participants by introducing them to different types of street and urban art. It also nurtured the creativity of young people in the process of working with professional artists to produce various artworks and aroused interest in the issue of environmental pollution among the participants and the local community. The objectives of our project were: * Sharing experiences of different countries in implementing different art projects in the field of urban art and how to achieve different goals set by young people through these projects; * Raising awareness about the importance and principles of informal education and self-education through sessions such as "Learning Principles", "Focus On Focus", "Treasure Hunt In the City", etc.; * To make contemporary young people aware of the concept of street art and respect its diversity.
