The training course "Bridge for Mind and Nature" aimed to address the rising needs of youth workers and hard-to-reach youth, especially during the pandemic and post-pandemic period. We sought to achieve this by introducing several non-formal educational methods through Mindfulness and Nature. The non-formal methods were explored in the project, including Storytelling, Poetry, Eco-Collage, Embodiment, and Botanical Art. In this context, we created 'Bridge for Mind and Nature' with the objective of increasing the capacity of youth workers to stimulate the inclusion and empowerment of hard-to-reach young people, including those with mental health issues, through non-formal methodologies based on mindfulness and nature-based activities. The project had the following objectives, which were successfully achieved: 1. Expanded the understanding of the psychological, social, and economic particularities of hard-to-reach young people, especially those with mental health problems, for 24 youth workers during the project period. 2. Developed the professional capacity (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) of using non-formal methods of education through mindfulness and nature-based activities in working with hard-to-reach young people, especially those with mental health problems, for 24 youth workers during the project time. 3. Increased the understanding of and contributed to the social inclusion of hard-to-reach young people, especially young people with mental health problems, for 24 youth workers during the project time. 4. Successfully increased the motivation of 24 youth workers to work with hard-to-reach young people, especially those with mental health problems, during the project period.
