- To include Digital Skills in our strategic development plan, enhancing Innovation and Green Transition values consistent with European indicators and recommendations for our organizational development - To understand the concept of cloud computing and online collaborative work, using communication and office suite tools, organizing tasks and projects, and working in real-time in organized teams. - To understand the fundamentals of coding and programming and develop some basic problem-solving and project design skills, enhancing creativity and real-life solving approaches through Video Games.
Telšiai Deaf and Hearing disabled people organization (TKND) has been operating since 1996. TKND unites Deaf and Hearing disabled people and their family members. The association has 80 members from 6 to 91 years old. Our main activities: are: -Take care of the rights and freedoms of hearing-impaired people. Promote independence and integration of individuals into society. -Provide information services to hearing-impaired persons (compensation for the purchase of hearing devices, maintenance, consultations and support in their medical processes. -Provide translation to sign language services. -To help people with hearing impairment realize rights to work and education. and realize rights to rest and sports or their self-realization. - Dissemination campaigns about hearing-impaired people. For that, after having evaluated our training needs, we want our staff to develop their Digital Skills proficiency profiles. This will allow us to improve the impact and quality of our interventions.
