By implementing the project, we wanted to develop the competencies of pedagogues related to the 'Flipped Classroom' method increasing students' motivation and ensuring high quality of the educational process. To have more permanent learning environment in the classroom by enhancing our staff's digital capabilities in order to meet the demands of the digital era in education and help them better adapt to the learning needs of the new generation . growing with technology. To improve the ability of pupils to use technology for educational aims. To encourage our staff members' professional and personal growth. To educate and train teachers and students in the fields of innovation. With this project, which our school carried out in accordance with the need for a more qualified education; we aimed to improve the quality and efficiency of school education by ensuring that our teachers gain skills in using/developing education methods that meet the needs of the new age. In order to better achieve those goals, we believed that our school, which has made it a task to raise innovative and independent 21st century individuals, should concentrate on this topic.
Our organization is an educational institution providing basic education. The school's mission is to ensure that all students gain information and experience in a supportive atmosphere: to acquire basic education; to develop creativity and freedom of the students and to help students to cope with educational challenges they will face later; to teach them to be innovative and flexible. Staff participation in courses is linked to the school's activities and goals. We aim to improve the educational process by promoting the use of new technologies and innovative teaching methods. Due to the pandemic transition to distance education caused big difficulties for educators. The need of using technology supported training methods has increased in education that has been transferred to the digital environment. We have decided to integrate the FC method into our school services due to the dynamic and interactive learning. Traditional teaching methods are insufficient to keep track of pupils' course situations and developments. The skills that the staff will acquire for the use of this method will be used in our institution, and the quality of education will be improved. Because this method responds better to the needs of the new generation.
