We pursued the main goal - the formation of a professional and responsible approach to the education and care of the disabled. The educational paradigm says that education must be adapted, so a child who is exposed to a variety of interactions, instructions, people at school, also faces trials that can be overcome with the right support and trust in the people around him. People who work with children must develop their emotional intelligence so that they themselves are able to know their feelings, understand them and express them properly. Being able to trust themselves, they will understand the other's feelings, respond to them appropriately, accept the other person and their personal boundaries. No less important is the ability to accept responsibility, natural consequences, words - it is not possible, it is not necessary to understand that one's own well-being also depends on actions and decisions. We will develop students' independence, communication, behavior and social competences.
The goal of the school's strategic plan is to achieve high-quality, consistent and effective improvement of special education and training, therefore the main idea and idea of the project is comprehensive education of the entire team working with children, based on the experience of partner schools. Studies and surveys show that we are not able to properly prepare individualized programs and teachers do not feel confident in preparing them. The help of colleagues is necessary. We are faced with an uncontrollable outburst of emotions and in such situations it is very difficult for the teacher to properly control the situation. Support specialists and teaching assistants come to his aid, but we observe that managing emotions is also difficult for other staff, so in order to achieve quality in the educational process, we want to improve by developing the emotional intelligence of the entire community. We found that the visit to other schools has a positive result. We wanted to observe, engage, practically hear, listen and understand. We will aim to develop the emotional intelligence of students, teachers and other employees, getting to know how it works in practice.
