The project's primary objectives encompassed the acquisition of new skills by students, teachers, and staff members, fostering their personal development, enhancing foreign language proficiency, promoting intercultural awareness, facilitating the integration of graduates into the job market, encouraging entrepreneurship, advancing internationalization, and raising awareness of the University. Participation in mobility programs offers substantial benefits, including elevating the University, city, and country's visibility and representation. Students and staff engaged in teaching and training gain invaluable exposure to foreign languages, cultural diversity, and practical experiences that seamlessly integrate into the University's daily life, fostering the development and promotion of the integration process. Erasmus+ mobility projects align with the Lifelong Learning initiative, allowing individuals of all ages to deepen their knowledge, acquire digital skills, gain new experiences, and enhance cultural awareness. Notably, these opportunities extend to individuals with limited financial resources, disabilities, and other social vulnerabilities.
