Aim of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (LMTA) is to foster internationalization, inter-institutional cooperation with HEIs of our profile (music, performing arts, film and television), encourage and support student and staff mobility. LMTA strategic goal by 2030 goal is 20 percent of graduates with international experience and 60 percent staff which would have participated in teaching or training mobility at least once per 5 years. During mobility project of 2021 Erasmus partnerships where strengthened, geography of mobility visits extended by including a variety of institutions in different countries and regions. The main aim was to achieve reciprocity of mobility visits, especially in teaching staff exchange and mutually beneficial results of the mobility, and together with partners implement all - 115 mobilities by prioritizing student mobility and new activity - blended intensive programmes and short student mobility.
