At the institutional level, the mobility project was strategically designed to uphold ISM University's internationalization goals and benchmarks. The KA1 project activities and funding served as pivotal tools for realizing the university's internationalization objectives. Our primary focus centered on sustaining and augmenting the number of mobile students and staff, utilizing both ESF co-funding and promoting student mobility without grants. On an institutional scale, the project sought to preserve the existing inter-institutional cooperation network while also identifying new mobility destinations and partnerships for participants. At the participant level, our aim was to provide university students with opportunities for acquiring fresh academic and cultural experiences, allowing them to compare disparities among higher education systems in various countries. For administrative and academic staff, the project aimed to facilitate the development of their knowledge and competencies. Furthermore, it aimed to bring back valuable practices and innovative ideas from our partner institutions. In terms of measurable outcomes, the project successfully doubled the contracted indicators.
