Participation in the project helped to achieve institutional strategic goal (Strategic Action Plan for 2021–2025 and Development Guidelines for 2030 of Marijampole University): to strengthen the internationalization of studies in order to become full participants in the European area of study and researching. The objective is as follows: to develop projects promoting the internationalization of studies and academic mobility. Staff qualification improvement is oriented to professionalism, personal development, positive attitude. Thus, our core areas for improvement are staff competences development, the European dimension, and innovation in teaching and learning and students practice skills as well as improvement of study quality.
