The recent changes in the global economy, society and culture due to COVID-19, have brought to light the need for radical changes in learning and skills acquisition in all educational fields. Regarding non-formal adult learning there was a need identified; to enrich adult trainers’ existing pedagogical practices. A challenge faced by adult trainers was their ability to cope with current challenges caused by distance learning and to promote their learners’ creativity, innovation, and active involvement in the learning process. Intergenerational learning is a collaborative approach where people of different ages learn together and from each other, fostering reciprocal relationships and promoting social capital and social cohesion. In this context, the project was developed to bring together a network of adult educators to facilitate intergenerational learning in the fields of technology, market, wellbeing, crafting, culture and social orientation for adult learners. The project designed and developed inclusive, interactive and user-friendly digital tools to enrich adult educators’ skills and competences to promote the involvement of intergenerational learning in their educational methodology and strategies.
