The main reasons for applying were: 1) to develop a future-proof digital model of the Practice Enterprise (PE) adapting the standard PE model from a mostly physical setting to a digital setting which allows more flexibility when challenges such as pandemics arise 2) to provide more flexibility inside the standard PE setting and increasing inclusion for people that are unable to travel to educational institutions due to geographical reasons or physical challenges. Focusing on skills for PE trainees are needed for their future to be successful, were identified the needs: 1) to raise the soft and digital learners' skills; 2) to help PE trainers, as they are not updated and ready to work with the digital skills; that the quality of the PE is only as good as the PE trainers; that trainers lack in digital tasks, digital tutorials; lack of flexibility; lack of knowledge and recourses on how to learn new tools by themselves, how to control the work done and mistakes, how to manage online etiquette and relationships, ability to fix troubles/mistakes, how to motivate students to act internationally.
