One of the strategic goals of the Pasvalis Music School is to share ideas and experience, gather the community of students, teachers and parents, the school's social partners for a common high-quality creative partnership. One of the operational priorities is to develop a culture of communication and cooperation. According to the 2020-2023 strategic plan of the Pasvalis Music School and the SWOT analysis of the school's activities, one of the weak points of the school is the involvement of students and their parents in the life of the school community, solving problems. Participation in a project funded by the Erasmus+ program gave us the opportunity to do this. The purpose and tasks of the project made it possible to develop the institution's activities, to gain experience in international cooperation, and to share best practices with project partners. By encouraging the activity, creativity, and involvement of young people participating in the activities of the student council, we created the conditions to learn how to act not only at the local level, but also to gain experience in cooperation with young people from foreign countries, organizing activities and implementing them.
