Objectives

By implementing the project, ERYICA aimed to achieve several goals and objectives in the field of youth information and counselling. The main objective of the project was to enhance the skills and competencies of youth information and counselling professionals, particularly trainers, in order to improve the quality of services provided to young people across Europe. By organising a series of training activities, ERYICA sought to empower trainers with up-to-date knowledge, tools, and methodologies to effectively support and guide young people in their informational and counselling needs. The specific objectives of the project were as follows: 1. To provide a platform for certified trainers to share their experiences, best practices, and challenges in the field of youth information and counselling. This objective aimed to foster a collaborative learning environment where trainers could exchange insights and learn from one another. 2. To equip trainers with new skills and methodologies in youth information and counselling. The project aimed to provide trainers with innovative training techniques, resources, and approaches to enhance their ability to engage with and support the needs of young people. 3. To establish a network of certified trainers in the field of youth information and counselling. By bringing together trainers from diverse backgrounds and regions, the project aimed to create a network where trainers could continue to exchange knowledge and collaborate even after the project's completion.
