The main objective of the project is to raise awareness about EU citizenship and the different ways that the European Union works. Alongside that, we as an organisation aim to grow and enhance creativity and innovation at the level of organisations and policies in the field of education and training and learning in formal and informal settings. As the volunteers are young Europeans, they are able to learn and grow through the organising process as well as gain new skills that are useful for future events. We aim to promote formal and informal learning mobility and active participation among young people, where the young participants can distinguish the different environments of learning. The participants are provided with unique learning methods, where they will also learn how to quickly adapt to new environments through the team building exercises and the peer-to-peer work where they will develop communication and cooperation skills within a team. By the end of the conference, the participants of Luxembourg 2021 can reflect on themselves through their evaluations and what they learnt and accomplished throughout the project.
