KTTT is constantly developing educational programs in adult education, so that their quality meets European level requirements, as well as searching for ways to improve our work in improving the quality of professional and adult education and school management, as well as new and engaging teaching methods to be used at work, taking into account students' needs and skills. Based on the experience of mobility of Erasmus+ teachers from previous years, job shadowing and acquired knowledge in other countries help to diversify teaching methods in working with adults. Teachers of professional subjects compare their work with the work of their colleagues in other countries, gain new inspiration and improve their work methods in lifelong learning, taking into account the psychological characteristics of students.
