Background

Our school has a little experience in using innovative methods such as; the use of ICT technology and games. For this reason, we wanted to use this project to secure teachers with needed knowledge following a certain standard as described in the European Development Plan (EDP). This project aimed to meet the requirements and needs of our language school in the following areas: - Collaboration between trainers in the group - Change traditional teaching methods for creative teaching - Use of digital aids and games in the classroom - Opening to Europe - Increase in the number of international projects - Increasing the educational and didactic skills of the coaches to increase the profile of the adult learner. All of these factors increase the language skills of adult learners, improve learning outcomes, and ultimately improve the quality of the facility's work. While games and ICT technology are increasingly used in schools, many adult education teachers often lack the knowledge of such methods because they do not have the necessary skills. Digital tools and games in language teaching need to "catch up" and serve as a powerful tool for education, personal development and social change in the community.
