Background

The project was implemented to receive an opportunity: 1) for the MP tutors to share experience and develop skills in teaching courses to international audience, 2) for the MP administration - to identify the work of other institutions in order to improve their own. It was intended that new contacts would be stablished and competencies in intercultural communication would be developed. The project focuses on digitization, sustainable development and green growth as specific priorities - all participants in mobility visits provided at least three facts on one of the topics - these serve as a basis for developing the MP future strategy, methodology and teaching. MP has a plan to integrate different segments (for example, people with special needs) into adult education processes, as well as start offering courses to different nationalities, thus the project provides unique experience. This is the first mobility project submitted by the MP and its implementation provided experience in coordinating the kind of projects.
