The primary goal of the project was to ensure the improvement of the knowledge of adult educators (trainers) about adult training methods and the creation of online training, in order to integrate them into the trainings provided by SIA "Barboleta".
SIA "Barboleta" is a social enterprise that was founded in 2017 with the aim to provide services and support to various specialists, families, and children in order to support children's learning skills and promote successful inclusion in educational institutions and society. One of the "Barboleta" work directions is the production of balance platforms and the training of specialists in working with them according to a specially developed method. When implementing Barboleta balance platform method training for specialists in person and online, it was only concluded that it is necessary to improve the course leaders' knowledge about methods and tools for conducting lessons and also for creating content. Also it is necessary to supplement the course offer of SIA "Barboleta" for specialists on topics such as emotional intelligence, emotion recognition and management, stress management.
