The "Cooperation Platform" has operated only in Latvia and its challenge is to start operations outside of Latvia, move to remote and hybrid events, making them international. CP wanted to develop its activity by offering quality and original content. In order to do this, it was necessary to get into a foreign environment and an unusual situation - lecturers and training managers find themselves in changed roles, thus allowing to see new opportunities for work improvement and diversification. This would help the lecturers of the training organized by the association to introduce new methods and apply new ones in the lessons techniques, making them more modern and interesting, eliminating routine possibilities in the work of lecturers. The association includes lecturers who did not have the opportunity to gain experience outside of Latvia. It is valuable to see how known problems are solved elsewhere, what techniques are used, to get to know the Finnish approach and try to transfer it to Latvia, introducing it here in whole or in part. It is important for the project participants to get to know and practically learn the latest work trends and techniques for online work. This is especially important in light of the pandemic.
