The project will give equal opportunities to students to participate in practice abroad. Opportunity to take part in mobility will increase a motivation to succeed in their studies but personal experience of mobility will increase young people's self-confidence and belief into their strengths. By training abroad participants will develop their key professional competences, acquire new skills and abilities and will be encouraged to set certain goals in achievement of which they will be ready to overcome various obstacles. Carrying out tasks in a multicultural team will improve communication between participants, promote their mobility, mutual understanding and cooperation. Using technologies (T) and T solutions, learners`ll acquire necessary knowledge, become active participants in learning process and creators of new innovations. Participants will use IT opportunities in language learning and labor market research, and will develop ability to use other people created digital resources.
RT participates in Erasmus+ programme Key Action 1 Call 2021 in order to use the mobility project funding as a tool for school`s aim achievement - to insure practice places abroad, to promote Rezekne Technical school`s students` personal and professional development, after acquiring the profession alignment with the European internal market, as well to promote understanding of unity of the world of education and labour world. Acquired professional competences will give students, as potential job seekers, more possibilities to compete, adapting to different situations, making effective dialogue with employers, using own professional skills, knowledge of foreign languages and communicative abilities. Personal experience gained during the mobility, will give young people confidence and form positive lifetime aspect. Project “Through practice to success” will give equal opportunities to all students of the school to take part in mobilities, to improve their key and digital competences.
