The project aims to promote cross-border mobility, to enable students from all study levels and study disciplines and university staff from all backgrounds, including those with fewer opportunities, to study, teach, train and gain work experience abroad in general. To strengthen the internationalisation of Daugavpils University (DU), the visibility of DU outside Latvia, promote cultural exchange, strengthen cooperation with existing partner universities, companies/organisations and develop intercultural competences of mobile participants. Modernise the range of study courses, adopt valuable foreign experience to enable participants to adapt to the changing requirements of the labour market. Through their participation in the project, the mobile participants contributed to their personal, educational and professional development, fostered intercultural understanding and contributed to a more inclusive, innovative and cohesive society. It was important to plan and master the timely use of the funding, what we have successfully done.
