Projekta galvenais mērķis ir pilveidot studentu, docētāju un administrācijas darbinieku iemaņas un prasmes, tādejādi ilgtermiņā sniedzot iespēju pilnveidot studiju programmas, kā arī projekta ietvaros paplašināt sadarbību ar esošajiem partneriem, kā arī veidot sadarbību ar jauniem partneriem. Darba tirgus prasības un nepieciešamās kompetences pastāvīgi mainās, tāpēc veselības nozares topošajiem/esošajiem darbiniekiem ir vērtīgi apgūt labās prakses piemērus, kā arī iepazīt multikulturālu darba vidi, ko nodrošina atrašanās mobilitātē citā valstī. The main goals of this project is to develop professional and personal skills of College's students, academic and administrative staff and to expand cooperation with existing partners, as well as to build cooperation with new partners. The requirements of the labor market and the necessary competences are also constantly changing, and that’s why for future/current employees of the health sector it is especially valuable to learn examples of good practice, as well as to get to know a multicultural work environment, which is ensured by being in another country.
