Background

The project consortium applied with the project application because each participant is interested in its implementation for their own needs, state, regional needs for such cooperation and the development of useful quality resources and the advancement of these organizations. Each organization wanted to enrich its educational resources with new, modern resources on the topic that was represented in a fragmentary way, and not as a whole. The need to update resources is almost continuous, especially on the topic of sustainability integrated with technical solutions - digitalization. It was a unique opportunity to combine the minds and capacity of organizations for the development of the open access resources and their additional new capacity building for users in the EU, directly targeting vocational education educators and learners, covering the needs of the labor market, improving the skills of existing and future personnel. The results of this type of project are difficult to finance and develop for educational organizations individually, but with joint efforts these project results and activities were qualitatively implemented for open access. The consortium conducted a survey that showed the need to develop the project results
