The project aimed to motivate them to work in social entrepreneurship by removing barriers of fewer opportunities, develop critical thinking skills, and provide opportunities for young people to meet and gain examples from other local and international fellow youngsters on how to be independently employable and have meaningful work. Additionally, the project aims to promote intercultural understanding and inclusivity with Latvian and European society. As part of the training, an urgent task was set to implement a project on sustainable stability in the NGO sector, which is connected with the financial strategy of the organization, with meaningful programs, with the focus and direction that organizations are engaged in working with the youth. The goal was to exchange experiences, best practices, get new partners and contacts, inspire changes and improvements in your organization, create an action plan that is necessary for the sustainable and long-term development of an ngo working with teenagers, with youth, including the NEET category. Our first objective was to provide young people, particularly those facing economic restrictions, with access to opportunities they might not have in their everyday lives. We achieved this by organizing a youth exchange program that exposed participants to diverse experiences, cultures, and educational opportunities, effectively breaking down economic barriers. Our second objective was to educate and guide young people, including those with fewer opportunities and from the NEET category group, in the realm of social entrepreneurship. To achieve this, we provided comprehensive training and resources to remove the barriers they faced, whether economic or educational. The third objective focused on ensuring the sustainability of the NGO sector, a critical aspect of our organization's mission. To achieve this, we engaged in the exchange of experiences and best practices with other organizations, fostering new partnerships and networks. The fourth objective centered on personal development and English communication. Through a well-rounded program, we aimed to enhance participants' self-awareness and English proficiency.
