Objectives

The Main Element of Our Project and Our Starting Point The connection of the coronavirus pandemic to the use of technology has been evident. It is observed that the increase in internet use is directly proportional to the countries with curfews. The experts, who are the subject of this research, underlined that with the pandemic, the use of computers and smart TVs, especially mobile phones, is also in demand. This worldwide research shows that most of the participants have been observed to spend much more time on TV, social media sites and video games during the coronavirus period than before. When evaluated in terms of age groups, the highest increase was observed in individuals between the ages of 16-24 and between the ages of 25-34. In this direction, its effect on children and cultures has reached quite alarming dimensions. This event, which spreads as quickly as the coronavirus, has essentially become a state of being aware of by everyone, but also unable to take action. The preferences and habits of people and societies are also changing with the developing and changing innovations. With the Covid-19 pandemic, computer products, mobile phones, tablet computers and internet networks, which are indispensable for development and change, have become the unchangeable habits of home residents, especially during epidemic times. Therefore, although its place in our lives and education has an undeniable importance, the disadvantages given to the social environment and especially to children as a result of unconscious and misuse of technological devices have begun to surpass their positive aspects. With the pandemic, some countries, schools, age groups have adopted online education. Although it was aimed to ensure the continuity of education, education with computer systems, mobile phones and tablets increased the addiction of these harmful habits. It is worrying that while trying to protect from the coronavirus pandemic, the extra society and especially the younger age groups are dragged into such an uncertain situation. This situation continues to be insecure day by day. The negative impact of today's technology addiction and habit on all age groups, especially children, has become increasingly worrying and unknown. According to the researches, the negative and emotional serious consequences of technology addiction are listed as follows; isolation from the social environment, depression, guilt psychology, stress and anxiety, artificial joy in the internet environment, and being unable to make plans on time and constantly procrastinate. In addition to the emotional and psychological problems we have mentioned, it also causes serious physical problems such as many eye problems, excessive weight gain and loss, headaches, sleep disorders, and spine problems. Innovation and technology addiction is drifting towards a path that seems to be irreversible by gaining great momentum especially in young age groups. Even the coronavirus pandemic has not spread as fast as this technology addiction. Of course, while modern technology can be very useful when used in its consistency and for the right purposes, it causes big problems when used excessively and out of purpose. The biggest role in avoiding the harms of technology addiction at an early age without causing these problems and becoming dangerous depends on parents being conscious and careful. But of course, this alone is not enough. Because in our age, while technology addiction has drawn even family members and parents, it is a big mistake to think that the solution is only in them. It would not be an exaggeration to say that if we do not take serious constructive steps against this impending danger and addiction, not only for a certain age group, but as a whole society, we will face great problems in the future. In line with all these, we have taken a step to try to minimize the damages that may occur as a result of misuse, while not ignoring the beneficial and positive aspects of modern technology, knowing that it is an indispensable need, but also knowing that it is an essential need. In this direction, the goals we achieved by implementing our project; It is listed as; *First of all, to ensure that the misuse and addiction of technology is a worldwide phenomenon and that this concern is accepted by young people, *Contributing to raising awareness about the importance of preparing the legal processes required infrastructural in order to reduce and stop today's technology addiction and to spread them, * Researching and analyzing the main reasons underlying the increasing dependence on technology, *Contributing to the importance of the need to create enforceable legal provisions in order to prevent those that do not really benefit the society among the communication tools that develop in line with technology addiction, *Increasing awareness and conciousness, especially in young age groups, with serious trainings on this subject,
