To think globally and make changes locally which is the main theory of Entrepreneurial Culture. Our project name is “Social entrepreneur as a local charge of the global changes” which describes our biggest achievement will be to make a sparkle in the youngster’s heart and mind, which will become a charge of the global changes. We want to inspire the youth to create new ideas, to venture far from their comfort zone and be ready to take risks, think out of the box, to prepare the participants to find ways out of difficult situations, not to fear accepting responsibility and stand out from other people, which will contribute to faster career growth. We will help each of the participants understand their capabilities and show their true potential. Especially in the modern world, we face different kinds of social problems and needs, against those challenges we want to create Social Entrepreneurs who take initiatives and ideas to process communication, adaptations and integration into the society. Social enterprise which combines youth with different cultural backgrounds can be one practical example to understand their needs and build a strong society. What makes social enterprises so special is the fact that they are following a social or environmental vision, whilst being financially sustainable. Objectives: supports, through informal learning methodology, the provision for young people, including those with fewer opportunities, knowledge, skills and competences for growing as individuals, and to promote their participation in the democratic life in Europe and the labour market in and beyond Europe, as well as, their active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity.: To give the motivation and inspiration to youth from cultural minorities for processing of adaptation and integration into the strong society; Use social entrepreneurship education as a skill to solve problems connected with communication barriers, social adaptation and active citizenship; Create a social interactional framework where youngsters have an opportunity to communicate, make decisions, understand who Erasmus+ support youngsters and turn into social life much more; They will be available to make and organize projects in their living are for other young people and that is how consciousness about social entrepreneurship and it’s benefits will increase in society. It will help to increase cultural intelligence and respected among minorities in society.
