After attending the first course - collaborative tools for teamwork, participants can engage in collaboration with other educators and professionals, designing, sharing and exchanging knowledge and experiences and joint innovative pedagogical practices. They managed to understand the concept of cloud computing and online collaborative work, teamwork, using communication and office suite tools, organizing tasks and projects for the team and working in real time with the team thanks to ICT. With the second course - facing the future challenges in education in the digital age, the participants got to know the novelties in the digital age, evaluating the potential and challenges of the digital age, with the possibility to adapt these knowledge and skills to our specific educational environment. Promoting innovations and their application in practice is one of our main goals and it will be one of the measures to integrate it into our educational and professional daily processes and environments
We chose Inercia Digital as a proposal partner, as our hosting organization, because of their experience and high qualification. We had constant and regular communication - at least once a month - in addition to the preparatory meeting via the Internet, wonderful cooperation and acquired experience that we can apply in our educational system. The mobility project consisted of two short mobilities of 14 people from our education who attended two different courses in Spain. Inercia Digital has prepared a detailed training The program was adapted to the needs and goals of our team, to ensure the greatest applicability of the knowledge and skills acquired after taking them. The selected courses are Collaborative Teamwork Tools and Confrontation future challenges in education in the digital age. Our goal was to generate more functional online educational environments that respond to the demands of new innovative methods in education.
