By implementing the project teachers could raise development of skills and knowledge of how to use digital tools thus improving the whole teaching process. Teachers could be motivated and inspired for new challenges and the acquisition of new skills. Teachers would also be able to see the benefits of using digital tools: effective time spent, interesting and interactive work with students, better teaching process and personal satisfaction. They could actively use at least two new digital tools in their subject which could facilitate creating positive work environment and more dynamic atmosphere. Furthermore, teachers could be able to create collaborative workshops and collaborative learning with students. Using digital tools would enable teachers to engage students in more activities in class. By using digital tools teachers could also be able to help students develop their skills such as team work, organization, perseverance, motivation and problem solving. Furthermore, the teaching process would become interactive, dynamic and modernized. Students would become more active and motivated to participate by using the tools in group or individual activities both in class and at home doing the homework tasks.
SEPUGS "Vasil Antevski- Dren" is a vocational high school that educates students in three professional profiles - economic technician for e-trade and digital marketing, economic technician and legal technician. The school has been a leader in educating students for trade and law. With the new dual education introduced in N. Macedonia, in the curricula, our school implements mandatory practice with real employers, where students have the opportunity to acquire job skills needed for the labor market. Therefore, the necessity to train teachers, and later students to use digital tools arose from the demands on the labor market. The context of the project was to educate a group of teachers for the skills to use digital tools and implement them in their curricula. The group of teachers planned to complete the training included teachers of general education subjects, teachers of economics and law subjects, as well as non-teaching staff.
