The implementation of this extraordinary project achieves the following: -Transformation of the traditional way of teaching teachers into a modern digitized process of access by using different secure ICT rooms and applications for the creation of new computer software products; -improving ICT competence and methodological training of teachers. - to learn about security through ICT, to use the countless resources used for daily teaching (to search, store, organize and secrete the information they do). - to integrate technology in their schools, ie. to create fun people in which students through the digital process of your body will feel motivated, satisfied and satisfied. -to sell websites, for their subject, for the projects they are working on, also to be able to create their digital portfolios, avatars, etc., to see digital objects for storing digital products by teachers and students during of their activities in university, home and everyday life.
The intensive and rapid development of ICT leads to the massification and inevitability of its own use, digitization in use, readiness for constant and rapid innovation and as a readiness for timely and adequate reaction and change on the social side by the changes. The appropriate transformation of society is achieved only through education, if it is answered by an effective change of the educational system and process through the introduction and application of new concepts of education known as Teaching of the 21st century, Learning of the 21st century and Skills for the 21st century, through the creation of fun classrooms and a fun approach in the digital age. From that aspect, in order to start a transformation towards the new modern era, teachers need additional matching and rewarding of their quality competencies and skills in the area of information-computer professionals, methods and techniques, digital students and applications for work in inclusive education - educational process. With this project, we want to create experiences, improve the digital competences of teaching staff and students, as well as promote the prediction of digital skills in teaching. Modern times require improvement in this regard.
