The main objective of this projects are: Project participants to gain knowledge of using digital software to connect and create the necessary documents. Develop digital skills and abilities for running a paperless office among the participants. Тo have the students create a company for their own, „play“ to be the boss and learn how to deal with everything that comes with it. To start the digitalization of the documents in our school, which would reduce the paper waste, would save money and time and would contribute to the preservation of the environment. Тo reduce the use of paper, and thus the paper waste that comes from our school. Raise the environmental awareness for preservation of the environment among teachers and students by recognizing the benefits of keeping paperless documentation. To enable participants with economic and social inabilities to catch the opportunity to take part in these European course and to increase their initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence.
Digitized documents and forms are not used in schools in N.Macedonia. Our school is a leader in producing qualified students to start their own businesses, so practical classes and subjects such as administration and office work are utterly important. However, printed forms and paper documents are still used in class. Despite the solid digital and ICT equipment, the school does not have software for digitization and unification of the documents used in everyday teaching. 90% of teachers use paper templates and printed materials in their lectures and practical work.70% of high school students do not have the digital skills to run a paperless office. The pandemic highlighted the need to use e-forms in every sphere of life and showed that people's digital skills and abilities are key to effectively tackling the challenges it poses. Тhe use of paper in businesses reflects in destruction of the ecosystem and the abuse of natural resources, 50% of the waste paper comes from office work.
