-Internationalization of the training in our secondary vocational school. We need international experience with foreign companies to help us update our curriculum, expand our knowledge of new trends in economics, including modernizing teaching methodology, so that what is taught in school is practical. and be appropriate to the work situations in the work environment; -Upgrading and modernizing the base, so that the working conditions and practice meet the most modern standards; -To develop a methodology to motivate teachers and students, so that they strive for better results; -Expansion of the partnership network with local and foreign partners. We are mainly interested in businesses that can provide internship and employment opportunities for our students upon graduation.
We believe that only by introducing practice in learning will we be able to achieve the desired results for our students - after graduating from high school without additional training to be offered to the labor market. It is a fact that with vocational education, a job can be found faster, but only if students are professionally prepared and have developed work habits, and this can only be achieved by introducing dual education. To this end, in additional providing our students with internship over the summer, we still want to internationalize the internships and offer our students internship in an intercultural environment. We think this method will make them more prepared when they slip our of school. High school contacts with foreign partners with international experience can help us fill the gaps in the curriculum and keep up to date with new European trends in economics.
