Mother Teresa University in Skopje (MTU) strategically aligns its objectives with the broader goal of augmenting internationalization through purposeful projects and strategic mobilities. Through the successful implementation of this particular project, MTU has achieved a notable increase in the number of overseas opportunities availed by both its academic and administrative staff, as well as its student body. The utilization of grants for student mobility programs, encompassing academic studies and professional traineeships, has been a pivotal aspect of this achievement. In addition to promoting individual mobility, MTU has proactively sought to elevate its profile on the international stage by fostering robust collaborations with distinguished universities across Europe, all of which are integral parts of the esteemed Erasmus+ program. The project's overarching goal was not solely limited to enhancing the international exposure of the university's academic and administrative personnel but also to strengthen institutional ties with renowned academic counterparts.
