By participating in the Erasmus+ Programme KA131 call 2021, we aimed to fulfill our vision of internationalisation by providing students with the opportunity to become responsible global professionals. Mobility for students and staff is one way we achieve this vision. For our university of applied sciences, internationalisation is a way to create a diverse learning environment connected to an international ecosystem. This allows all students and employees to develop into responsible global professionals. By adding new perspectives and looking beyond borders, we equip Inholland professionals to solve complex problems and contribute to a sustainable and resilient society. Through this project, we were able to offer a broad variety of students and staff Erasmus+ mobility grants for long-term and short-term study mobilities, traineeships, staff teaching and training in Erasmus+ programme countries. By stimulating and offering inclusion and green travel top ups we could also contribute to inclusive and sustainable mobility. The different types of mobility contributed to the development of transversal skills with an emphasis on digital skills within the Blended Intensive Programmes.
