Windesheim UAS just like previous years has various reasons for participating in the KA131 projects. First and foremost Windesheim wants to be an active actor in the EEA as indicated in our EPS. We believe that international and intercultural exchanges benefit not only students and employees of HEI personally and professionally, but it also helps HEI to improve themselves and jointly work on a better understanding of the benefits and necessity of the European Union in a global context. By participating in the KA131 we had three specif goals: - Offer scholarships for students from various backgrounds that want to broaden their international/intercultural horizon via an internship and/or study abroad in order to be even better prepared for their future carreers - Offer opportunities to employees to broaden their professional horizon towards opportunities with partner institutions in the EEA in order to become better employees that have a positive impact on the furhter development of the institution. - Create opportunities with partner institutions for shorter period exchanges and other sorts of academic and institutional collaboration to embrace inter-institutional collaboration on European scale.
